Who we are
I’m Nick Owens, Owner and Principal Consultant of Delta PLM.
I’ve spent my career working with multi-disciplinary engineering organisations where product data, change and configuration are essential - not optional.
I don’t believe in consultancy theatre, in fact I hate it with a passion!
I believe in fixing what actually gets in the way of engineers doing good and honest work.
A trusted network of partners
Most consultancies talk about “partners” like badges, but what that usually means is they’re tied to selling specific tools whether they fit or not.
We don’t work that way.
We use a small number of partners because they’re proven to solve real problems we see every day - messy engineering change, broken BOMs, PLM and ERP not lining up.
They don’t drive our recommendations; your problems do.
